The role
Own the bridge between the product and the people using it. Help partners understand their codebases, define a useful first use case, and bring what you learn back into Corben’s product.
What you’ll do
- Lead technical discovery with partners: map their stack, delivery workflow, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
- Build scoped integrations, prototypes, and reference implementations with clear handoffs.
- Investigate issues across application code, infrastructure, and third-party APIs.
- Define verification plans and help teams review the security and correctness of proposed changes.
- Translate recurring partner problems into product improvements and reusable documentation.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
What you bring
- Experience shipping and debugging production web applications or developer tooling.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or a comparable language, plus confidence reading unfamiliar code.
- Practical understanding of Git workflows, APIs, authentication, automated checks, and cloud environments.
- Ability to turn an ambiguous business problem into a bounded technical plan.
- Comfort working directly with customers and explaining technical tradeoffs in plain language.
- Independent execution and thoughtful written communication in a remote team.
Nice to have
- Experience with coding agents, LLM applications, or evaluation frameworks.
- A background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or developer relations.
- Open-source contributions or public technical writing.
Your first priorities
- Understand the product and document a representative partner workflow.
- Deliver a scoped integration or pilot with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Turn feedback into a reusable implementation pattern and a product recommendation.
Working remotely
This is a remote role. Eligible hiring locations, working hours, collaboration overlap, and engagement terms will be discussed during the hiring process. We value clear writing, reliable follow-through, and making work visible to teammates.
How to apply
